What is Immigration Works?

ImmigrationWorks is an Internet based case management system for immigration law firms. It allows law firms to store, access, manipulate and modify their data over the internet using Internet Explorer. To access our system a law firm needs only the capability to connect to the internet over a dialup or a DSL/ Cable connection.

If my data is stored on the internet, is it secure?

ImmigrationWorks is an application that allows its users to access data over the internet. It is a fully functional tool that allows law firm users (e.g. Paralegals and Attorneys) to log into the system using a login id and password and store information regarding a beneficiary, petitioner and their cases.

This data can then be accessed later from anywhere on the web using the same login id and password. If a law firm desires, they can also create and distribute login id’s and passwords to their petitioners and beneficiaries so that they may see and modify their own data. The login Id’s provided to beneficiaries and petitioners can be enabled and disabled at will by the law firm.

How does ImmigrationWorks make my work easy?

ImmigrationWorks is a fully managed application that provides a number of features that allow you to manage your work better. Here is a brief description of these features:

  • Self Service Module: If you allow a beneficiary to log into the system, they can then log in to view and modify their own information. This reduces the communication and mail expense and further reduces the chance of error.
  • Events Management: The system allows you to set up reminder dates for visa expiration, court appearances etc. This reminder system is extremely helpful in keeping track of your appointments, case deadlines and filing dates. It also provides additional functionality to migrate the events directly into Microsoft Outlook.
  • Billing Module: A fully functional billing module allows you to create and email invoices to your clients in a matter of seconds. The invoices can also be printed and kept for your records.

These features and many more make Immigrationworks an extremely powerful tool for Immigration Law Firms.

    What about the BCIS Forms?

All BCIS forms are available in the system. The forms are editable and allow you to fill in the data via the computer and then print out the fully filled forms. Also, the system works in such a way that once you set up a beneficiary in the system, most of his information and their case information is auto populated in the forms by the system. This reduces your work load tremendously

    What does ImmigrationWorks cost?

ImmigrationWorks is available in two options to our clients. First, as a service that can be paid for on annual basis. This way, the clients go to the site www.immigrationworks.com, use their login id and password to log in and use the site. The data is stored and made available from our servers. We manage the data of our clients by this method.

The second option is for clients that have an in house technical team to manage their own servers. In this option we supply the clients with code that can be installed on their systems inhouse. The application then runs on their own servers and the client in this case is responsible for their own data management. This option is for clients that are sensitive about their data and who have the technical team to manage their data inhouse.

The pricing provided to you depends on the option that you select. The pricing also depends on other criteria, for example, the number of cases a Law Firm may file.

Please call up our sales team at (800) 350 4727 to get a quote for your firm. The pricing of our system may be lower than you might expect.
